Job description: Experienced hands-on cybersecurity expert, responsible for proactively protecting the firm’s technology, networks and data against threats, attacks, and breaches. Reporting into the global head of cybersecurity and thrive in a fast paced, global enterprise. Assist in leading the identification, gap analysis and, implementation of the technology roadmap required to support the firm’s cyber security strategy.


  • Coordinate all incident response activities globally. The candidate will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust incident response plan for the company and its assets.
  • Evaluate existing security tools, propose solutions, and implement into production.
  • Advocate understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the organization by utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for incident response management and those that enforce secure working parameters and protect data throughout the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities and skills.
  • Work closely with other groups within the global Technology organization to develop stronger partnerships required to meet Cybersecurity technology goals. Ability to communicate clearly with business users explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Develop and manage a budget pursuing optimal value. Ensure commercial accountability for technology purchases, vendor services and relationships with both security service providers, security technologies and solutions vendors.
  • Responsible for managing and developing the corporate cybersecurity training and awareness program.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or Cyber Security.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity strategy, solutions, and a proven track record in vulnerability management and effective identification and response to existing and emergent security threats
  • CISSP, CISA, CEH, or Security+ certification (and/or equivalent degree in Cybersecurity).
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and a working knowledge of delivering strategies to be implemented across a global organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for knowledge of new areas possessing a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience in protecting networks, systems, and data from cyberattacks.
  • Knowledge and best practices for IDS, IPS, Firewall and endpoint security.
  • Proficiency in threat detection, network segmentation, and security monitoring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with SCADA (OT) environments a plus.
